Olive Oil

Delimara Olive Oil comes mainly from Bidni olive trees. The olives are hand picked and pressed by our neighbors at ta Silg Convent Olive Press. This is an extra virgin olive oil, meaning it’s a first press oil with no added chemicals. It can be used with almost any dish, our preference is just a mix of olive oil, Delimara Sea Salt and pepper, and drizzle on a slice of fresh Maltese bread.
